Named after Albert Uiha Lindsey, a 2024 Paniolo Hall of Fame inductee, a legendary cowboy foreman of Parker Ranch and my great-great-grandfather, “The Uihā Hat Bar by Hula Tease” stands as a tribute to the enduring Lindsey legacy in Waimea and the rugged paniolo heritage that flows through this land.
